In fact your current 'help'post includes headers of smtp servers at 
34sp.com and SAUCE appears to be running on those servers.

I'm not an expert in analysing headers but my initial assumption would 
be that it 'belongs' to the recipients network service rather than yours 
i.e. Virgin. I started to research greenend.org.uk but hit Tucows so 
decided to call it a day! :-)
