regard to the upcoming judicial review of the Digital Economy Act:

An adjunct to Jim Killock's witness statement is a technical report
written by myself which discusses various issues relating to the
traceability of IP addresses and the viability of detecting unlawful
file sharing...

... there is some discussion of encryption, so it's marginally on topic
