PATIENT RECORDS
Victoria MacDonald will be revealing chaos and confusion over plans to 
put patient records on a big central NHS computer system. A leaflet 
campaign informing people how to opt out if they have concerns about the 
gathering of such information has been halted because it is deemed 
ineffective. She’ll be examining whether it should be replaced with an 
opt in system.
