What do you think about communications data collection and storage?

I'll do that.
We all know what the answer will be however - the usual weasel formula
of "there are no plans at present to include...."=20
I **think** that the proposal is that small providers are not
automatically in scope, but that the Home Sec can serve notice putting
them in scope. Which just raises more issues - what degree of notice
do you get, whether you are required/allowed/forbidden to notify the
clients whose service you may have to disrupt to accommodate the
changes....
But yes, I will at least make sure that the issues of how this affects
small businesses are properly raised.
