Chargebacks where the customer attempts to repudiate the transaction - 
or for all chargebacks (eg when the goods fail to turn up) ?

A friend has had his VbV password stolen (twice I think) and has got his 
money back, although despite going as far as having a meeting with the 
bank's HQ fraud department has not received any explanation of how it 
could have happened.
