My experience with Co-op customer service has always been good.  They  
seem to have a good attitude throughout.  It's one of the reasons I'd  
be very reluctant to go to anyone else to avoid this problem.  I'm  
hoping this is all a mistake or misunderstanding, so I'm curious to  
hear if anyone knows better.
