On a similar note, a friend of mine had her CC misused, and when she
phoned the CC co. the first thing they said to her was that those
transactions were authorised using CnP to which she replied "erm, hold
on a minute, my card is chip-and-signature!" Needless to say, they
refunded the transactions in question straight without any further
discussion...
