That may be the case. If it is then, if claims of "higher ups" that
they are not in favour of the officer's actions are not lies,
management must correct the under trained and flustered officers,
gently at first and more harshly if they refuse to learn.
Instead we get Orwellian statements from the "higher up" officers about
what a wondwerful job officers are doing in difficult circumstances and
how only a "terrorist" or some other person trying to bring about the
downfall of the UK would object to anything any police officer wants to
do.
Remember Kent Police are the organisation which carried out numerous
criminal activities at Kingsnorth nearly a year ago, for which they
have not been held to account.
