What also is perfectly normal behaviour for this bunch is to amalgamate 
all sorts of stuff together. Whether this is deliberately designed to 
confuse people or simply accidental makes no difference. I think it 
more likely to be deliberate, no government is that incompetent.

That is why so-called anti-terrorism laws were used against the 
government of Iceland last year.
