IWF now blocking Internet Archive's Wayback Machine?

As a followup...

This is still happening on web.archive.org is I search for
www.bbc.co.uk. However, it doesn't happen if I search for
'news.bbc.co.uk'.

My assumption is that some of the Wayback Machine's crawlers are
hosted at Thus, and previously they've been redirected through the
proxy. Why this only happens with certain sites, I don't know -
perhaps (unlikely) that www.bbc.co.uk was on the IWF list at some
point in the past?
