Indeed and also jobsworth small company staff. Worse than that the
officials, who are supposed to take up such issues when the public get
nowhere on their own, are extremely lethargic. I don't know why I
bother contacting these officials occasionally, they are fairly
useless. Whether that uselessness is a matter of the staff or the
system they work is another matter.
