I've seen the posters and they appear to contain a ridiculous
proposition: that you can evade CCTV by first doing a photo-
reconnaissance, and then going about your terrorist activity avoiding
every camera as a result.

That's what we see on "Mission Impossible" perhaps, as people crawl
through the Russian Embassy's air conditioning ducts ducking under the
laser beams; but can anyone really expect to evade (eg) all 450 cctv
cameras at St Pancras?
