Yes, he was on BBC R4 Today this morning, saying that the current law 
that makes it illegal to photograph a police officer actually says that 
the police officer will make the decision himself/herself as to whether 
the photograph is illegal. But also he is clearly concerned that the 
next Bill be examined carefully.
