Which would suggest that VoIP voicemail is caught - being both "over the
Internet" and a "stored message".
But my VoIP provider is not my connectivity ISP - so does that VoIP
provider have to keep my logs (assuming they've had a notice from the
Home Office)?
He *is* a provider of (public) communications services, but 12(2) seems
tautological for Internet Telephony when I'm initiating the call because
the "subscriber or registered user" details (me making a VoIP call) are
already covered by 11(3), and the destination details are already
covered in 12(1).
