Yes but how many hundreds or even thousands of HSBC customers who have 
out of date anti-virus protection or indeed none at all - now have a 
trojan on their system which could have keylogged their attempts to 
access their online banking?  Have HSBC acknowledged on their site that 
there was a security breach?
