No, I surmise that their corporate headquarters and registered office  
are in the USA.  And as `USA' is for this purpose synonymous with  
`Delaware', I surmise they are, in fact, a Delaware company.  If I'm  
wrong, then for Postini read `anyone who wants to set up a virus and  
spam scanning company who doesn't want to do it in the UK'.
