I bought a phone for my daughter's birthday and, owing to a litany of =20=

low-level silliness on the MNO's part, ended up with a replacement =20
shipped from the CEO's office.

But I was doing business with the MNO in question was because I moved =20=

my DSL to them...to avoid BT's Phorm trial. So I took =C2=A3350 a year =
from =20
BT to punish them. I guess that makes me a privacy pirate. Please.
