Oops - I've posted on this list about Phorm and once or twice on Alex's
forum. Surprised they didn't pick it up, since I'm also a serial agitator:

1.) I recently received vouchers from United Biscuits, promptly, may I add,
after firing off an email when a variety multipack had due to a packing
error contained an over abundance of Cheese and Onion flavour, when this is
the least-liked in our household. Very good customer service in this case!

2.) I had several increasingly angry exchanges with eBay, PayPal and an eBay
seller when after I was ripped off I directly contacted other buyers and
found also they had been ripped off. Since the amount was small and the
seller had no money in their PayPal account, I wasn't entitled to
compensation.

3.) I campaigned against a local builders merchants' plans to expand behind
our house. The plans were eventually rejected, as was the appeal against the
rejection.

The lesson: if you feel you've been wronged - keep schtum, or be branded a
troublemaker!

The world would be a better place if people just kept quiet and left the big
boys to get on with running the show.
