Couldn't do that. The four horsemen will communicate that way. Can't
trust automated filtering, it is not accurate. Spammers know how to
create messages which do not appear to be spam to filters, so the
reverse can be done too.
I liked the idea of people just copying our e-mails to the Home Office.
They want our data, let them have it.
By the way, I don't believe thet they will restrict this to traffic
data. They will want the lot and simply lie about it.
