Yes I have (SFO).  They printed a receipt which has some for of 2D barcode
(a standard barcode is 1D).

The kiosk also requires you to show your (machine readable) passport, so I'm not 
sure they even looked at your fingerprints.

I was following their rules but other people never checked out and they 
never had any problem.  The airlines are supposed to take the visa waiver 
receipt from your passport but when that doesn't happen, no one complains
either.
