Or once there's something more tangible to attack? They aren't losing any m=
oney yet, and it isn't entirely clear what Phorm or BT are actually going t=
o do (in a trial, or going live), so maybe the major web site operators (at=
 least, the ones who are really in the business of advertising, with websit=
e content being a sideline) are playing a game of wait and see. It's easier=
 to nail jelly to a wall after it has set.
