Reminds me of the (still unresolved as far as I'm aware) "RIPA 
one-to-many wars". Is the intended recipient of *this* email:

(1) Ian Batten
(2) The ukcrypto mailing list robot
(3) Everyone on the UKCrypto list
(4) Something else - eg it changes from #2 to #3 during transmission.
