ISTM that sooner or later these bits of text will be shown up for what 
they are, when someone tries to enforce one in the courts. I hope the 
courts will laugh as loudly as I do at attempts to transfer 
responsibility for a mistake from the person making the mistake to 
their innocent victim. Empty threats attempting to spread FUD should be 
no part of any form of communication.
