I don't think I am.  The trial version of the Webwise terms starts by saying:

"For the purposes of the BT Webwise trial, the BT Total Broadband and
BT Total Broadband Anywhere service terms will be replaced by these
service terms. By participating in the BT Webwise trial you accept
this change in the BT Total Broadband and BT Total Broadband Anywhere
service terms."

Which I read to mean that the trial version replaces the existing
version of the Total Broadband terms in its entirety.  And the
paragraph in question (which is actually paragraph 7, not paragraph 6
- my typo) is presently contained within the Total Broadband terms.
