Have you checked the "default" BT email address they give you for free when
you sign up? I'm a business customer, admittedly different, and I was
surprised to find a change to Ts & Cs in the inbox to an email address I
never use. Furthermore I advised BT on signing up that I already had an
email address and that was the address to be used for all correspondence.

Anyway, the above had nothing to do with Phorm, but maybe BT have sent you
updated Ts & Cs to your BT/Yahoo email.

Just a thought.
