No.  My argument is that the threat that's hanging over me is  
intolerable.  That BT themselves don't have staff briefed means I  
cannot be expected to brief my wife and children, and in the absence  
of an actual offer I haven't been shown the Ts and Cs.  I'm expected  
to brief my wife and children to not accept Ts and Cs that I haven't  
been offered, having learnt of them by osmosis.
