Unfortunately it is not a joke. A number of people are beavering away 
on the Common Purpose "conspiracy", rather than applying their efforts 
to real conspiracies. They pop up from time to time, at the moment they 
are demanding the names of all Common Purpose students from public 
sector organisations via FOI.
