Mind you given the NHS IT project and others I doubt they'll make it work

I've been trying to figure out how they would calculate this, given broadband.<div class="Ih2E3d"></div></blockquote><div><br>or indeed how they deal with companies who have leased lines/broadband and their own email servers!<br>
