That's not their decision, of course: only a court can decide.  But  
the problem I have is that as of last summer my Broadband and my Phone  
are on the same bill, so the one can get caught in the cross-fire with  
the other.   I think I'd be inclined, at a purely personal level, to  
run all my web traffic through an https'd proxy to one of the  
batten.eu.org machines until the contract expires and then change ISP.
