Slightly bad example, as Phorm think they're getting around that by  
saying they won't do adult, gambling, cigarette and alcohol adverts.   
A better example would be that I should be able to browse for details  
of the 15-certificate film I plan to see tomorrow without my 9-year  
old child becoming the target for adverts for 15-certificate films.
