Short of the Pope threatening to excommunicate anyone who uses BT as
an ISP it's hard to see how the PR disaster can get much worse. Tim
Berners-Lee says that he'd change ISP to avoid Phorm:

Hard to see how BT can dismiss people who take the same line as fringe
nutters, now.
I spent the weekend at Stratford doing the whole histories cycle ---
Richard II on Thursday, Henry IVpt1, IVpt2 and V on Friday, Henry
VIpt1, VIpt2 and VIpt3 on Saturday and Richard III yesterday. I'm
well attuned to hubris, ambition and a refusal to listen to the good
entreaties of your advisors.
