The authors of Apache don't have a previous life selling rootkits.   
Phorm do.  80/20 and Ernst and Young seem to have glossed over that  
part while they was giving Phorm the thumbs up.  Why do they believe  
that a bunch of rootkit distributing spyware experts are suddenly  
honest and trust worthy?
