BA to fingerprint domestic passengers

The photograph is to make it more difficult to smuggle somebody from the
no-fly list by checking in then handing them your boarding card.
Japanese airport authorities are better at explaining the plastic bags than
British authorities. The bags are of a known volume which makes it a quick
an easy way of checking the maximum volume of liquids without having to
examine individual bottles. That is why you can't use your own clear plastic
bag.
