Departing passengers at the new terminal (2) are not segregated, so 
anyone arriving on an international flight and wanting to transit would 
have to be marked in some way (if cleared for a domestic flight), as 
would all other departing domestic passengers. But I saw no sign of 
passengers (from landside) being photographed as they went through 
security.
