I have received no threats or other communications from BT; but then I 
haven't commented on the 2006 trials. Phorm invited me to the meeting 
Richard attended to be briefed on their architecture, but as legal 
issues weren't up for discussion, I didn't go.

Neither Phorm nor BT has explained how an ISP can use the Phorm 
architecture lawfully in the light of the analysis at 
www.fipr.org/080423phormlegal.pdf - all either is willing to say is that 
each has taken much advice and, without saying what the advice says, is 
happy to continue.
