And I see from

F2?OpenDocument> that they are now allowing "anonymous" access to this 
database for "research" with "stringent guidelines". We know that that 
means.

Although I don't live in England I don't recall any "consultation" 
regarding this "development", which is even more sinister than the 
database itself.
