Indeed.

I am also pleased to see that these sort of reports are listed by the 
Investigatory Powers Tribunal, though they are yet to update their site 
<http://www.ipt-uk.com/default.asp?sectionID=16> with these latest 
reports.

Of course if the Home Office have nothing to hide then 
<http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/security/surveillance/checks-on-
surveillance> should perhaps contain links to these reports, or at 
least a link to a page on the Home Office web site which links to them.
