Sure. however, there is a *lot* of ground between "she had a blood test"
and "she had an abortion" - its still a violation of patient-doctor
confidentiality, but a lesser one.

*shrug* she's 20. I am sure the suggestion she might be dating isn't
going to come as THAT much of a surprise, and I am told in the states
such testing often comes *before* you start sleeping with each other (I
can see reasons why it wouldn't be as much use afterwards)
