More to the point, saying retrospectively that you hadn't recognised
the problem but anyway it would have been too expensive had you known
won't (or shouldn't) wash. If you identify the the risk, enter it
into a risk treatment plan, evaluate the residual risk and accept it
then that's one scenario: the discussion when it all goes horribly
wrong would be around the reasonableness of the acceptance. If you
just wave your hands and do nothing it's another scenario, and one
that should end in tears.
