I don't see the courts in the UK being so robust. They bend over 
backwards to allow officials to do whatever they want. An example is 
their refusal to exclude improperly obtained evidence.

Some of these pussy-cats are then appointed by officials to oversee the 
actions of officials. All very cosy.
