At least all ICT development projects are supposed to keep their
paperwork in order using Prince2. But some while ago an acquaintance
told me that he had gone to work on a Prince2 managed project and asked
for the Project Inception Document only to be told that it didn't exist.
Someone else with a lot of experience in hiring people for this type of
work told me that that was a PINO project: Prince In Name Only. That is
symptomatic of the culture that we have to put to flight.
