Laugh? Or cry? It's hard to decide.

Mind you, the MoD wins the Jo Moore Memorial prize for sneaking this
out at close of play on a Friday, when there's a large aircraft at the
end of 27L dominating the news. I can't think of anyone in Birmingham
who might be interested in the addresses of service personnel.

[[ By the way, Edgbaston covers a multitude of sins, from smooth
elegant housing and private schools through the University and its
environs to the rather more alarming places between the Hagley Road
and Edgbaston Reservoir. To tick the various sub-interests of this
list, you can ride/boat/walk into the heart of Edgbaston along the
Worcester and Birmingham Canal, which tracks the Birmingham West
Suburban Railway, or you can go in from the other side by following
the Birmingham Canal Navigations New Main Line, then bearing up onto
the track of the former Harborne branch railway. ]]
