Undoubtedly part of the Home Office's softening up process for the 
Blunkettcard. The real aim is undoubtedly to get a section of the 
public used to being fingerprinted. If you wanted to be treated like 
shit travel by aeroplane.

Thay are already fingerprinting children in schools to get them to love 
big brother.
