I suspect that if you offered them a thick bundle of bank notes, or a
gold bar, or a believable promise to pay from a third party, or arragned
any of those with their bank, they would be quite relaxed about it.

The point is, if they want to be sure they get their money (not an
unreasonable aim for any business) they don't need your details, they
need a promise to pay for your treatment that they beleive.

And that seems to be an obCrypto.
