Please don't.  We like doing medicine and have plenty of it to do.

as yet undefined portion of your notes uploaded to an as yet unwritten
IT system open to a tiny handful* of entirely trustworthy people all of
whom would only access it if they had decided that it was in your best
interests, or those of the nation, or in line with national or local
policy, don't go asking us.

If you are wondering if the alleged potential benefits outweigh they
alleged potential dangers, ask any reliable computer scientist.  Or if
you really need some sort of _medical_ input, by all means initiate a
conversation.
