You need to be able to locate handsets.  GPS is just one option: =20
triangulation will do just as well instead.   If your network can't do =20=

triangulation, your handsets will need to do GPS.    If you want to =20
believe that, say, the Motorola F3 (my most recent one cost  =A315 =20
including P&P and =A310 of credit) includes GPS feel free...
