See Peter Sommer's note on this. Some part of the material will be
transcribed (i.e. that which prosecution or defence want to use in
evidence). The rest, which seems likely to be a very much larger
amount, will never be transcribed, just listened to. That is why the
"agency" whinging about heavy burdens of transcription is unconvincing.
