The only people who know what goes on in jury rooms are those who have
served on juries.  Only relatively recently have lawyers been allowed to
serve on juries, so they probably know less about it than anyone else.
Jurors are restricted in what they can report about their experience, so
knowedge spreads slowly.

Likewise with knowledge of what happens inside the IWF, having regard to
the fact that those who have carried out audits regard themselves as
bound to treat some or much of what they have learned as confidential.
