the tests (for a swan) -- all must be met -- are:

   1. That the image is pornographic (viz: one which must reasonably be
      assumed to have been produced solely or principally for the
      purpose of sexual arousal);

   2. That the image is grossly offensive, disgusting, or otherwise of
      an obscene character;

   3. That the image portrays in an explicit and realistic way a person
      performing an act of intercourse or oral sex with an animal
      (whether dead or alive) and a reasonable person looking at the
      image would think that the people and animals portrayed were real.

so I rather suspect not (realistic swans not being what your average old
master seems to be aiming at!)
