I've been told (but not checked) that this greasemonkey script can
turn ordinary Wikipedia links into secure links:

http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/26924

But you'd be well-advised to check this for youselves.

It would still be better if people who commonly link to WP, linked to
the encrypted URLs instead.
